Titles and descriptions should accurately preview a page. They are an invitation to the right visitor, not a place to repeat every keyword.
Lead with the specific subject
Name the service or question clearly and add context that distinguishes the page. Use the business name where helpful without overwhelming the subject. Avoid identical titles across different services. The visible heading and title can differ in wording but should describe the same content.
Describe the useful answer
Summarise what the visitor will learn or be able to request. Include a genuine differentiator only when supported on the page. Avoid guarantees, invented prices and strings of locations. Write the BM description naturally rather than translating an English phrase word for word.
Check actual search presentation
Review whether important information appears early and whether templates generate duplicates. Search engines may choose different title text or snippets, so supplied metadata is not a fixed display contract. Evaluate changes alongside query mix and page relevance rather than attributing every click change to the description alone.
